Dubai Airport (DXB) Meet & Assist Services
BRONZE MEET & GREET
Just right for frequent travellers to fast-track them through immigration. Before you get to immigration, you’ll see your name on the marhaba screens. Approach one of the marhaba representative nearby to fast-track you through the airport formalities (in a group of no more than five travellers).
You’ll then be escorted to the arrival area where you can catch up with family and friends or you can decide to leave the airport on your own. For an additional charge we can also help you with your bags.

FAMILY MEET & GREET
An exclusive service that offers extra support to families travelling with young children. We’ll meet at the terminal and fast-track you through all the airport formalities. We’ll escort you to the arrival area where you can meet with family and friends. Baby strollers and wheelchairs will be provided on request at the Dubai Airport.
We’ll also provide complimentary porter services and help with your baggage. We offer standard wheelchairs on request, if you need help to walk long distances. If you’re unable to walk or negotiate steps, you can book special wheelchairs directly with your airline.

Take all the hassle out of travelling with Hala Services, including fast-track check-in, assistance through immigration and security, and help during boarding. Hala has a skilled multilingual team that can guide you through the airport using the dedicated check-in and immigration counters to ensure a quick, hassle-free experience. The team can also take care of all visa formalities if necessary, and our porters can take care of your luggage so that you don’t have to. We also have a luxurious lounge at the airport where you can relax, have something to drink and a bite to eat, read through a wide range of newspapers from all over the world, or catch up on business with our business support services.

- This is not a “Guaranteed” service
- Cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the confirmed service time a 100% refund will apply
- Amendment can be done 2 hours prior to the service schedule and less than 2 hours will be considered as “No-Show”
- No Shows or Service declined for whatever reason will be charged at 100%
- The meet and assist service will normally begin when the Agent meets you and will normally end when the Agent leaves you. For services at the airports or pick-up location, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they locate and wait for the Assist agent at the specified meeting point. The agent will call the customer if they cannot locate them. Failure to do so may be treated as a “no show” and no refund will be made.
