ARRIVAL
From meeting us at the airport until your departure gate our agents will fast track you through check in, immigration and security at the airport.
Dedicated VVIP Terminal agent along with the concierge team to meet the VVIP at the Aircraft.
Service Features:
- VVIP Terminal agent will welcome the VVIP at the bottom of the aircraft staircase or at the designated arrival gate, flashing the name on an electronic board.
- A private Lexus luxury limousine will drive you to the VVIP Terminal.
- Customs check of your hand luggage will be conducted at the entrance of the VVIP Terminal.
- Relax and enjoy the food & beverage and entertainment offerings (TV/Wi-Fi) in VVIP Lounge while VVIP Terminal agent completes the airport formalities.
- VVIP baggage will be collected from the main terminal then placed in the VVIP car/transportation.
- VVIP Terminal agent will escort the VVIP to the exit door and bid farewell.

- Salam Meet and Assist services agent to meet the VIP at the arrival gate.
- Assistance through all arrival formalities (Eye scan, Immigration and Customs clearance).
- Escort to the Baggage belt area.
- Porter service to assist with the checked-in luggage.
- Hand-over the VIP to the receiving party at the Arrivals Hall.
*Note: This Service is ONLY for passengers arriving at AbuDhabi. This DOES NOT cover for passengers Transiting via AbuDhabi Zayed Int’l Airport. Should the cusotmer require Meet and Greet upon transit/ connections, kindly select Transit Service on the product page.
DEPARTURE
Dedicated VVIP Terminal agent along with the concierge team to meet the VVIP at the entrance hall of the VVIP Terminal.
Service Features:
- VVIP to relax and enjoy the VVIP lounge with entertainment offerings (TV/Wi-Fi) while waiting for the flight.
- An individual set meal with hot and cold beverages will be offered.
- VVIP Terminal agent to complete all airport formalities: Check-in, baggage check-in and passport control.
- Close to flight boarding time, VVIP Terminal agent will escort you to a Lexus luxury limousine then will drive the VVIP either to the aircraft or designated departure gate for boarding.
Service Inclusions:
- VIP to approach Salam Meet and Assist services agent at Salam Counter of Terminal A.
- Porter service to assist with the check-in luggage.
- Fast track through check-in, Passport Control, and security check point formalities.
- Lounge access for up to 3 hours only.
- Escort up to the Departure gate.
Departure Service Inclusions:
- Passenger to approach Salam Meet and Assist services agent at Salam Counter of Terminal A.
- Porter service to assist with the check-in luggage.
- Fast track through check-in, Passport Control, and security check point formalities.
- Escort up to the Departure gate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In this service the passengers must approach the Salam Meet and Assist Counter at Terminal A. The Greeter will not receive the passenger at Curb Side in this service
TRANSFER
Service Description:
- Meet and Assist services agent to meet the guest at the arrival gate.
- Porter service to assist with the handbag’s luggage.
- Assistance through the transfer desk if required.
- Escort through security check point.
- Escort up to the Departure gate.
